About me
I'm Selma Mujan Musić, an IT engineer from Mostar. I studied at the Faculty of Information Technology, after a maths and IT track in high school, and I still love the moment when a function finally works.
Since then I've worked on all sides of a digital product: as a freelance UX/UI designer for SoSafe, a German company, as an IT engineer in public administration, and as a marketing manager who made an ad with over 3 million views.
Different roles, one thread: making digital things work for real people.
My own photo and video studio. I've run it alongside my other work for years. I shoot photo and video, built the website dontblink.ba and run it, and I do the marketing: promo videos and ads for the studio and for clients like iMODEL d.o.o.
PHOTO · VIDEO · MARKETING · WEBRan the company website, changed its design and added new features. Social media, campaign visuals and a TikTok ad with over 3 million views.
MARKETING · WEBFreelance for a German cybersecurity company. User research, wireframes, prototypes and design systems in Figma and Adobe XD, moving designs from Adobe XD to Figma, cleaning up layouts for the new grid and keeping every component on brand. Designed the interactive Human Risk Review 2024.
UX/UIIT technician and data management. Support for hardware, software and network issues, installing and configuring systems, and keeping data secure and accessible together with the legal team.
ITLed a digital marketing team, ran multi-platform campaigns, created social media content and tracked results in Google Analytics. Social media manager and content creator for the MapToBe app.
MARKETINGLearned Xamarin, then Flutter, with the team's guidance, and built and presented my own mobile app.
